Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekends. You will collaborate closely with educators and specialists across various disciplines, leveraging advanced telehealth tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance communication and maintain thorough documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to the unique needs of each student with special needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at promoting emotional well-being and assisting with integration into school activities.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse range of mental health conditions, including ASD, ADHD, and trauma responses.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing tools for emotional regulation and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to students during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate students and their families on mental health issues, available resources, and treatment processes to promote understanding and engagement in care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case discussions, and professional development initiatives to continuously improve care practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required.

• Active and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
