Job Details Position: Clinician (IOP Groups & Individual Counseling) Location: Stapley Health Center, Stapley Drive, Mesa, AZ 85204. Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week. Salary: $57,000 – $83,000 depending on level and experience. Shift: Day shift (varies by weekday). Travel: In-Office. Shift Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 11:30am–8pm. Tuesday, Friday: 8am/8:30am–4:30pm/5pm. Three evening shifts include IOP group sessions. Compensation Breakdown BHT level therapists: $22.52 per hour. Associate level therapists (0–5yrs): $57,000–$59,950; (5+yrs): $61,000–$64,150. Independent licensed therapists: 0–5yrs: $70,000–$73,450; 5–10yrs: $75,000–$78,500; 10yrs+: $80,000–$83,000. Additional language differential: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili, ASL: $1–$2 per hour for licensed clinicians. Responsibilities Provide outpatient counseling services to adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups. Run IOP groups as assigned. Develop therapeutic relationships and implement appropriate interventions. Participate in treatment planning for individuals and families. Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment, discharge planning, and evidence‑based group counseling. Manage clinical documentation and maintain records according to requirements. Monitor and follow up on client needs; submit monthly service reports. Coordinate services in collaboration with various state, federal, and local agencies. Provide client‑centered outpatient clinical services to individuals and families. Qualifications Master’s degree in a related discipline (MA, MC, MSW). Arizona behavioral health license or eligibility for an Arizona license from the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Valid Arizona driver’s license and minimum four years driving experience; must meet Terros Health’s driving policy. Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) earned within seven working days of employment. Pass a drug screen and TB test. Ability to perform First Aid or CPR; CPR class provided during orientation. Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (NextGen preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Arizona license options include LCSW, LPC, LIAC, LMSW, LAC, LAAC, LMFT.
