Position Summary Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team remotely. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. W‑2 Employee — Part‑time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total—17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 administrative hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after4 pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Remote Compensation & Benefits Total earning potential: Up to$95,000+ annually. Base salary: $45,000 for a part‑time schedule (20 hours/week). Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours per week Additional earnings: Earn $70 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload.
