Child & Adolescent Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or Provisional) - In-Home & Telehealth - Contract

FamilyMenders, a DBHDD contracted provider, has been providing services in the Northwest GA region for over 22 years. We have also been nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation since 2012. We are looking for a Care Manager to join the FamilyMenders’ Team to provide in‑home counseling services for children and adolescents with state insurance. Counseling services are provided in the home, community or telehealth with a counselor trained in working with children and adolescents. FamilyMenders will provide a behavioral health assessment and can also offer a diagnostic assessment for insurance billing. Once enrolled in services, the counselor will be available for crisis response as well as weekly individual counseling with the child or adolescent. Bilingual (Spanish/English) service providers needed. Requirements Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
