Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Role Overview: This position provides expert analysis and development of test methodologies, ensuring optimal clinical practices while managing costs. Key Responsibilities: Data analysis and interpretation related to hospital clinical practice and research. Designing studies and analyzing data for departmental research projects. Serving as a consultant to healthcare professionals, agencies, and committees. Initiating independent research projects with approval. Qualifications & Skills: BSN from an accredited program (or equivalent experience), current Montana RN license, with certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC/TCAR. Preferred certification in specialty practice and ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to operate office equipment, interpret technical documents, and perform physical tasks as needed. Additional Details: Full-time role with rotating shifts at a hospital in Butte, Montana.
