Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and efficiently
• Positive and energetic team attitude
• Quality assurance
• Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries accordingly and direct calls appropriately
• Maintain accurate appointment calendars and coordinate scheduling
• Professionalism and attention to detail a must
• Communication is key for this role
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, maintaining customer records and proofreading
• Support office management functions by organizing documents, managing correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day duties
• Strong proficiency with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry applications
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
• Attention to detail in proofreading, filing, and maintaining accurate records
• Experience in office management or administrative support roles preferred but not necessary
• On-boarding and new hires
• Streamline operations with the front desk and other departments
• Overseeing the front desk
• Employee Schedules
• Efficient with Outlook Calendar
• Talking with possible vendors and current vendors
• Coordinating dealership events
• Keeping an accurate list of employees and numbers
• Additional tasks may be assigned by manager

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a high-paced atmosphere
• Good problem-solving skills
• Team oriented with the ability to work with others and also individually
• Ability to adapt and be flexible, while keeping a positive attitude
• Valid Drivers License with Clean driving record
• Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
