This posting is for a Restaurant Manager position at an independent franchisee‑owned and operating restaurant. The role focuses on creating unforgettable guest moments by overseeing daily operations, leading a high‑energy team, and ensuring every guest leaves smiling. Key Responsibilities Assist in the financial and operational execution of the entire restaurant operation. Lead and direct staff to deliver optimal service and maintain brand standards. Follow service standards and operating procedures consistently. Report to the Area Director, protect the brand, and drive sales while maximizing efficiency and profitability. Hire, train, and lead staff to build a cohesive, high‑performing team. Compensation Compensation ranges from $16.50 hourly to $72,000 yearly depending on location. Positions are full‑time. Benefits Paid vacation 3 weeks per year. Medical, dental, vision, and life and disability plans. Sick time and company holidays. Leave programs for qualifying events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
