Housekeeping Assistant

Cherry Hill Nursing and Rehab - Westland, MI

Cherry Hill Nursing and Rehab is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Westland, MI. The Housekeeping Assistant will perform a variety of cleaning and organizing duties to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Shift Available

Full-Time
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

Follow established housekeeping procedures
Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other facility spaces
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility
Use cleaning materials, supplies, and equipment safely and appropriately
Empty trash and dispose of waste according to facility procedures
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
Must be at least 18 years of age
Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
