- Identify opportunities to strengthen processes, reporting, governance, and transparency across the Country Franchise Review and Country Watchlist Actions processes.
- Partner with stakeholders globally to drive process enhancements and efficiencies within the CFR and Country Watchlist Actions processes.
- Develop methodologies, procedures, reporting, and governance standards to improve consistency and effectiveness across the program.
- Provide leadership and oversight for the global coordination of the CFR and Country Watchlist Actions processes, including direct management and development of the supporting resource.
- Build strong partnerships across the First and Second Lines of Defense to ensure effective governance, communication, and execution of the Country Risk Framework.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
