Onsite Property Manager (Part-Time) | Glendale, CA Trumark Real Estate Management Services is headquartered at 320 Arden Ave in Glendale, CA, and provides professional management for residential and commercial properties across California and Arizona. About the Role We are seeking an experienced, part-time Onsite Property Manager to live at and oversee the daily operations of a 27-unit residential community in Glendale. You will be the primary point of contact for residents and prospective tenants, keep the property running smoothly, and work with our regional team to maintain high standards of service and care. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for residents, answering questions about policies, amenities, and community rules Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including unit walkthroughs and documentation Support leasing activities, including showings and responding to prospective tenant inquiries Monitor the physical condition of the property and report maintenance needs promptly Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors and follow up to ensure timely completion of repairs Help maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the property Collect and process rent payments and maintain accurate records Enforce community rules fairly and consistently Keep clear, organized documentation of property activity Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in onsite property management, leasing, or a closely related field (required) Strong customer service skills with a professional, courteous approach to residents and visitors Excellent organization and time management, with strong attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication with residents, owners, and vendors Working knowledge of fair housing practices Must be available to live on-site and work occasional evenings or weekends as property needs require Compensation and Benefits $16.90 per hour (California minimum wage) Discounted rent on an on-site 2 bedroom unit Paid sick leave Trumark Real Estate Management Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
