Scrum Master Project Manager

To enhance project delivery within the technology organization, the full-time Scrum Master Project Manager will manage software development projects, facilitate Agile practices, and ensure cross-functional team collaboration while working onsite. Key responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies and provide coaching on Agile principles to optimize team performance Track and manage project progress, addressing impediments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and maintain transparent communication on project status Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's or associate degree preferred Project Management and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus Experience in SVOD and a strong understanding of streaming technologies Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence Experience delivering technology programs from inception to delivery with cross-disciplinary teams
