Customer Logistics Manager

Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end order execution and daily operational work for key retail customers, ensuring accuracy, timely issue resolution, and consistent service delivery. Lead collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategy and execution, translating customer data, trends, and priorities into actionable supply chain plans. Monitor performance metrics and develop recommendations that drive resolution, improve service, and enhance operational efficiency. Interpret data to identify risks and opportunities, and communicate clear, actionable insights to leadership. Lead team members and partners through planning initiatives, ensuring accountability, alignment, and measurable business impact. Define business processes and implement improvements to strengthen execution and efficiency. Complete projects on time, within budget, and with high quality, holding team members accountable for deliverables. Manage direct reports, including hiring, training, performance management, and development. Develop team capabilities through coaching, feedback, and structured development opportunities. Lead and support outsourced partners by setting expectations, aligning priorities, and driving consistent execution across geographies. Act as an escalation point to resolve conflicts and remove barriers for internal and external partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. 3+ years of supply chain experience. 3+ years of people management experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and planning skills. Strong project management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple activities simultaneously. Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to lead change in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment. Proven strategic and critical thinking skills.
