Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Builder to join our team on 1st shift. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in furniture or product assembly, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous building/assembly experience required
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Dependable and team-oriented attitude
• Basic math and measurement skills
