Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, industry-savvy Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing client-supplied residential drawings, estimating slab and tile budgets, drawing slab usage in AutoCAD, assisting with material procurement, and meeting with other departments for smooth project transitions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to all types of residential projects and advance one's career in construction estimating. Duties Communicate with homeowners, designers, architects, and builders to ensure an understanding of the residential project's needs and design goals. Develop comprehensive slab and tile estimates by reviewing project plans, specifications, and bid documents. Submit clear Requests for Information (RFIs) if further details are needed. Collaborate with Tithof project managers, the CAD team, and shop manager to fully understand our proposed methods of fabrication and installation. Prepare detailed bid proposals to clearly explain the project scope, additional details, and any caveats. Monitor costs throughout the project and how they compare to the contracted budget. Update estimates as needed based on design changes or internal updates. Skills Experience in residential design & construction estimating with an understanding of the stone industry. Proficiency in Excel and Word; Familiarity with AutoCAD. Strong communication skills to effectively speak with clients, design professionals, contractors, suppliers, and industry-partners. Background in managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills. Extreme attention to detail.
