Specialist - Program & Project Management

1Key ResponsibilitiesoFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups backlog refinement sprint reviews and retrospectivesoCoach Agile teams Product Owners and stakeholders on Scrum values Agile principles roles events artifacts and continuous improvement practicesoIdentify track escalate and remove impediments that impact sprint commitments delivery timelines team productivity or product qualityoSupport the Product Owner in maintaining a healthy prioritized and wellrefined backlog with clear acceptance criteria and readiness for upcoming sprintsoPromote team selforganization accountability collaboration transparency and sustainable delivery practicesoProtect the team from unnecessary distractions scope creep conflicting priorities and external interruptions during active sprintsoMonitor Agile metrics such as velocity sprint burndown cycle time throughput defect trends and team health to support datadriven improvementsoFacilitate dependency management risk tracking release planning and coordination across multiple teams vendors and technology stakeholdersoEncourage a culture of continuous learning by helping teams inspect and adapt processes resolve conflicts and implement retrospective action itemsoPrepare and communicate delivery updates sprint progress risks impediments and improvement plans to project leadership and stakeholdersRequired QualificationsoBachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field or equivalent professional experienceo3 years of experience as a Scrum Master Agile Project Manager Agile Delivery Lead or similar role supporting technology delivery teamsoStrong understanding of Agile methodologies Scrum framework software development lifecycle product delivery and iterative planningoExperience working with crossfunctional teams including developers testers business analysts architects Product Owners and release teamsoHandson experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira Azure DevOps Rally Confluence or similar platformsoStrong facilitation communication conflict resolution stakeholder management analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
