The Job: Customer Service Representative We are currently searching for an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join a growing team and provide a positive experience for customers throughout their interactions with the organization. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping others. In this role, you'll communicate with customers by phone, email, and other channels to answer questions, provide information, resolve concerns, and coordinate next steps. You'll also work with internal teams, update customer information, and help ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, but bilingual skills are not required. What You'll Be Doing as a Customer Service Representative: Assist customers by phone, email, and other communication channels Answer questions and provide accurate information about services, processes, accounts, or next steps Listen to customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions Research questions or concerns and coordinate with internal teams when additional support is neededFollow up with customers to ensure requests and outstanding items are resolved Enter and update customer information accurately within company systems Process requests, forms, documentation, and other customer information Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions Help resolve customer concerns while creating a positive and professional experience Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers when applicable Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to keep requests moving forward Learn company systems, services, and processes through ongoing training What We're Looking For In A Customer Service Representative: Customer Focus: Genuinely enjoys helping people and creating a positive experience Communication: Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people Problem Solving: Willing to listen, ask questions, research information, and find solutions Empathy: Patient and understanding when working with customers who may need additional guidance or support Organization: Able to manage multiple requests, follow-ups, and responsibilities while staying organized Attention to Detail: Accurate when entering information, processing requests, and maintaining customer records Adaptability: Comfortable learning new systems, handling different types of questions, and adjusting priorities throughout the day Requirements: Bachelor's degree Fluency in Spanish and English (Preferred) Katapult Network is an equal opportunity employer and celebrates diversity in all forms.
