Program ManagerGVI, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, a federal government contractor, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple Department of Defense (DoD) subcontracts. This role is responsible for ensuring successful execution across all contract requirements, maintaining strong relationships with prime contractor stakeholders, and ensure all tasking is executed in accordance with the contract requirements. This position is located in Patuxent River, Maryland.Position Responsibilities:Provide leadership and direction for overall contracts execution.Manage and supervise personnel, including hiring, performance management, and professional developmentOversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reportingCoordinate and execute personnel security actions in compliance with DoD and DoN requirementsServe as the primary interface for the government and prime contractorsParticipate in status meetings, program reviews, and briefingsEnsure all contract deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program successMaintain compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company policiesPosition Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)5+ years of Program Management experience managing DoD contractsMust have an active security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain oneDemonstrated experience in personnel management and team leadershipUnderstanding of program financial management responsibilities and government contract complianceExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsDesired Qualifications:PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalentExperience managing multiple concurrent contracts or large-scale programsVEVRAA Federal Contractor Three Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
