The clinic operates from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. As a member of our onsite team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals dedicated to providing a comprehensive approach to patient care. The emphasis is on individual patient-centric strategies that foster healing and recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver personalized, evidence-based physical therapy interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.Manage a reasonable patient caseload, ensuring adequate time and attention for high-quality care and effective treatment outcomes.Leverage expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy to design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans incorporating various therapeutic techniques.Utilize non-surgical treatments to minimize reliance on medications, emphasizing holistic healing approaches.Motivate and empower patients throughout their recovery journey, providing support and guidance to foster adherence to treatment protocols.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to enhance patient care coordination.Continuously evaluate each patient's progress, adjusting treatment plans based on their response to therapy.Maintain accurate and organized documentation of treatment services using EMR software, particularly Web PT, ensuring compliance with health regulations.Patient Population / Client FocusThe patients you will serve range from post-surgical orthopedic clients to individuals suffering from chronic pain or movement dysfunction. Our clinic emphasizes a family-friendly environment, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and supported through their healing process. We prioritize personalizing the rehabilitation experience to meet the diverse needs of our clients, facilitating not just physical recovery but also overall wellness.QualificationsA valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.Exceptional knowledge of various physical therapy techniques and strength in manual therapy modalities.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with patients and caregivers.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.Competency in using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for patient documentation and tracking.A demonstrated ability to develop successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs, incorporating current evidence-based practices.Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
