It offers a unique opportunity to do monthly accounting activities while also using analytical skills, research, and problem solving to be creative, work on system and accounting projects, and assist with the development and improvement of company inventory software and procedures.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily accounting activities and record journal entriesAssist in inventory, tracking and recordingPerform month end reconciliationsAssist with other finance/accounting positions, as neededQualificationsRequiredDegree in Accounting or Business with Accounting FocusStrong computer skills with advanced knowledge in excelMust be able to multi-taskPreferred2-Year accounting degreePrevious accounting experienceAccounting Software knowledgeSteel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.
