Job Title: Material Handler / Forklift Operator (2nd Shift) ($21.65/hr.)

Job Description

We are seeking to add approximately ten forklift operators to our team. The role involves facilitating the movement of products throughout the distribution center using various equipment. Responsibilities include operating equipment to ensure products are in perfect condition for sale, unloading and processing merchandise from inbound trucks, and stocking merchandise in designated locations. The position also involves processing orders by locating specified products and moving them to the loading dock, packing smaller products into larger containers for shipment, and loading merchandise onto trucks for shipment to company locations. We are looking for individuals to interview and start as soon as possible. We do start classes every Friday. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today!

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift with clamps throughout the shift or sit down forklift.
• Load, unload, and process merchandise for both inbound and outbound shipments.
• Transport merchandise to assigned warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Track production daily.

Work Environment

The work environment is somewhat temperature-controlled and clean, within an 800,000 sq ft facility. Orientation takes place on Fridays, and the first two weeks involve learning the equipment and becoming certified in-house on the forklift. Training lasts about four weeks. The dress code is casual, requiring tennis shoes, with gloves provided. No special PPE is required. The role involves working 10-hour shifts starting at 3pm, with expected work hours of 50-60 hours a week, including every other Saturday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richfield, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.65 - $20.65/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Richfield,OH.
