Matriarch Home Care Concierge provides elevated, personalized in?home care for clients who expect more than standard home care. Our Elite Care Specialists deliver dignified, relationship?driven, concierge?level service and set the standard for excellence in every client home.

We are hiring exceptional caregivers for FT, PRN, Part?Time, Weekend, and Full?Time Float opportunities with flexible scheduling and premium expectations.

Service Areas

Our care services are currently provided throughout the Greater Nashville area, including but not limited to:

• Gallatin
• Mount Juliet
• Antioch
• Surrounding Middle Tennessee communities

Candidates must be comfortable traveling within these areas. Full?Time Float team members should expect regular travel between client locations.

Shift & Schedule Options (All Roles)

We offer wide flexibility so you can choose what works best for your lifestyle.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Evening / Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM

Scheduling Options

• Weekday shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekend coverage: Thursday through Monday
• PRN (as needed)
• Part?Time
• Full?Time (Float Role)

Role Options

Elite Care Specialist (FT / PRN / Part?Time / Weekend)

Provide high?quality, client?focused in?home care while building meaningful relationships and supporting clients with dignity and professionalism.

Elite Care Specialist Float (Full?Time)

White Glove Welcome Team

This leadership?forward role supports new client starts, care transitions, and team development. Float Specialists set the tone for the Matriarch experience and model excellence across the field.

Key Responsibilities (All Roles)

• Deliver exceptional, concierge?level in?home care
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, and client safety
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe, monitor, and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate, real?time documentation
• Ensure a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members
• Uphold Matriarch's standards of excellence, confidentiality, and courtesy

Additional Responsibilities (Full?Time Float Role)

• Lead new client onboarding and care transitions
• Float between clients and locations as needed
• Mentor and support new caregivers in the field
• Ensure care plans are followed with precision
• Represent the Matriarch standard at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving, CNA, home care, or related experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Compassionate, patient, and detail?oriented
• Ability to work independently in client homes
• Reliable transportation (required, especially for Float role)
• Weekend availability strongly preferred for weekend positions
• Willingness to travel throughout Greater Nashville (Float role)
