Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.As a Product Delivery Manager in the Regulatory Transformation team within Payments Digital & Design, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn outcomes end-to-end: Drive program success across functions and dependencies; ensure accountability, closure, and real deliveryCreate clarity and simplify complexity: Break complex problems into the few things that matter, define a path forward, and translate ambiguity into actionable plans and decisionsOperate solution-first: Surface issues with options, trade-offs, and a recommendationProactively own risk: Anticipate risks early (e.g. client readiness, platform readiness, regulatory deadlines) quantify impact, and implement mitigation plans before issues ariseInfluence without authority: Align senior and cross-functional stakeholders, drive decisions resolve misalignment, and keep teams moving even without direct controlRun a high-velocity operating cadence: Ensure the program has crip goals, milestones, decision forums and measurable outcomes-focused on progress that mattersDeliver insights, but updates: Provide leadership with forward-looking insights, key risks decision requests and what matters most nowLeads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategiesPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsEnd-to-end ownership-thinks and acts across the full value chain and drives closureStructured thinking & simplification-turns complexity into priorities, actions ad decisionsSolution-first mindset-escalates decisions with options and trade-offsProactive risk ownership-anticipates, quantifies, and mitigatesInfluence without authority-aligns stakeholders and moves the organizationAI-enabled operational leverage-uses AI and automation to eliminate low-value work and accelerate analysis, communication and decision making all while validating outputs and applying strong data/control judgement
