About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Global Commerce to lead the development of a robust system that connects strategy, creative, and production with commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning brand and content into high-performing, measurable commerce assets on a global scale. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong operational background, capable of building and leading a team, and driving the digital shelf at scale. The VP will also be tasked with owning the commerce strategy for the company's largest CPG and retail clients, engaging as a peer with client commerce and eCommerce leaders, and ensuring the quality and performance of the commerce practice. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in digital commerce, eCommerce, or digital shelf, with a proven track record of operating at scale. A deep understanding of commerce measurement, content supply chain, and practical AI literacy is essential. The role demands a leader with a strong sense of teamwork, matrix management, and a client-grade commerce credibility. Experience in practice and P&L leadership, as well as a background in modern commerce-agency or commerce-platform, is highly valued. The VP will be expected to build, partner, and buy AI-enabled production tools, and to operate the intelligence layer for measurement and attribution as a key differentiating capability.
