About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Network Engineering to spearhead the strategy, engineering, and modernization of its global network services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the network foundation that connects various environments, including cloud, on-premises, data centers, and corporate networks. This executive will lead the transformation towards modern, automated, service-oriented networking capabilities, ensuring the network is secure, resilient, scalable, and highly available to support critical business operations and technology initiatives. Key responsibilities include driving the global network strategy, architecture, and roadmap, as well as simplifying network complexity through standardization and architectural modernization. The role also involves establishing a service-based operating model, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve network service consumption, and advancing network observability, automation, and operational capabilities. Applicants for the Vice President, Global Network Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in large-scale enterprise network engineering, architecture, or infrastructure within complex global environments.
