About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Compliance Lead to centralize and govern all regulatory, environmental, safety, and client/brand-mandated compliance requirements across its global packaging and supplies portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a single, integrated compliance framework, leading anticipatory issue management, and proactively identifying emerging risks and regulatory changes. This role requires a leader who can ensure consistency, transparency, and scalability across markets, and who has significant experience in partnering with government affairs professionals, external lobbyists, trade associations, and policy organizations. The VP, Global Compliance Lead will also be expected to engage in policy advocacy initiatives and serve as a thought leader with recognized industry credentials. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality systems, legislative affairs, or global supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional client projects. Technical depth in foodservice or consumer packaging, as well as experience with structured compliance processes and systems, is essential. The role demands a proactive, forward-thinking individual with the ability to shift the organization from reactive to proactive issue management, and who can leverage compliance expertise to create a commercial advantage. An MBA with a focus on public policy, regulatory affairs, or compliance is a plus.
