About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Global Healthcare Product Leader to join their team. The successful candidate will be the senior product authority, responsible for the strategic leadership, development, governance, and maintenance of the global healthcare product portfolio. This includes ensuring that product offerings are in line with underwriting strategy, profitability objectives, regulatory requirements, and market conditions. The role involves establishing and executing a comprehensive product management framework, overseeing the full product lifecycle, and serving as the central point of coordination among various business functions to ensure product consistency and successful execution of strategic priorities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in insurance, underwriting, product development, or related disciplines. Extensive technical knowledge of healthcare-related insurance products and a deep understanding of insurance policy construction, regulatory compliance, and product governance principles are essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in developing and executing product strategies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and build consensus in a global organizational environment. Professional insurance designations and experience in the healthcare insurance industry are highly valued.
