Data Engineer

As the second hire in a growing data team, you'll own critical data pipelines, build scalable ETL processes, and help drive visibility across manufacturing, operations, inventory, and project delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Own and maintain existing ETL and data pipelines Build new data products and workflows as the business scales Improve data quality, source system integrity, and operational reporting Work closely with Operations, Finance, and leadership to deliver actionable insights Ingest and model data from internal systems, APIs, and public datasets What We’re Looking For 1-3 years' experience in Data Engineering or a similar role Excellent communicator who enjoys partnering with stakeholders Startup-minded generalist comfortable wearing multiple hats Bonus Points For ERP experience (NetSuite highly desirable) Experience with transactional databases Python, dbt, Databricks, Spark, or TypeScript Exposure to API integrations and operational data systems Why Join?
