Join Ramsaur Law Office, a growing boutique litigation firm that specializes in creditors’ rights, commercial collections, and bankruptcy matters. Step into a world of significant legal cases and strategies without the stress. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Attorney to become a valuable member of our team in Tacoma, WA.
Compensation:$100,000 - $120,000 + bonus DOE
Responsibilities:Represent clients including national/regional banks, institutional lenders, nontraditional lenders, equipment financiers, Fortune 500 companies, and multi-million-dollar judgment creditors across Washington, California, and Oregon.
Work on various aspects of creditors’ rights in commercial collections, judgment enforcement matters, and bankruptcy cases.
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and professionals to provide high-quality legal services to clients.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to hone your skills.
Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Should be licensed to practice law in either Washington or California.
No minimum years of experience as a licensed attorney is required--we will train the right candidate for our specific practice area.
Seeking a candidate with a strong ambition to thrive in a dynamic firm, handling top-notch work and clients in prominent West Coast markets.
Excellent skills in communication, research, and analysis are essential.
Strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team are crucial.
