Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room (ER)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.Position DetailsStart Date: Within the next 3-4 weeksInitial Assignment: Report to San Angelo for the first day of assignmentPreferred Hours: 48 hours per week; may consider 36 hoursShift Options: Day Shift: 4x12 hours from 9:00 to 21:00Night Shift: 4x12 hours from 12:00 to 0:00Block Schedules: Not availableKey ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ER setting.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Support and educate patients and their families regarding health issues and care plans.QualificationsCurrent registered nurse licensure in the state of practice.Previous experience in an emergency room setting preferred.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Join our team and make a difference in the lives of patients in need.
