Registered Nurse Recruiter

To support the growth of a mobile IV therapy team, a part-time to full-time Registered Nurse Recruiter will source and recruit qualified nurses, manage talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Source and recruit qualified Registered Nurses for mobile IV therapy roles Build and maintain talent pipelines through the ATS system Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews while educating them on the opportunity and company culture Required qualifications Previous recruiting experience required Experience recruiting nurses or clinical professionals is a major plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ATS platforms preferred
