Responsibilities - Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric Med/Surg Tele patients, including dysrhythmia interpretation and management - Monitor vital signs, manage oxygen therapy and non-invasive airway support, and apply isolation precautions as required

• Obtain and maintain peripheral IV access; perform phlebotomy as needed
• Document assessments, plans, interventions, and patient responses in EPIC;

communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team - Respond to call lights, Rapid Response, and Code events; participate in patient safety initiatives - Collaborate with IV/PICC team, PT, Respiratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Transport, and Interpretation services; support ED holding/overflow patients Requirements

• Active New York RN license in hand for submittal
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Med/Surg Tele or equivalent
• EPIC charting experience required
• BLS certification required
• Mandatory competencies: phlebotomy and IV insertion
• Dysrhythmia interpretation/management competency or training
• Ability to work in a 14-bed Med/Surg Tele/overflow setting, with potential

float to ED holding areas - Orientation completion and ability to adhere to unit protocols and PPE guidelines Benefits and Support
