This full-time position requires a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish to provide patient care and support under the supervision of the Nurse Manager. The role involves direct patient care, clinical support, and effective communication with a diverse patient population. Requirements Provide direct patient care under supervision. Assist with exams, procedures, and medical tasks. Administer medications and monitor patient conditions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care. Participate in community outreach events. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Advocate for patient services and care coordination. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Licensed Practical Nurse NJ State/Multi Compact License. Basic CPR certification required. Phlebotomy skills required.
