Here is what you can expect day-to-day as a Mobile Health Clinician –NJ at DocGo:Each day, you will drive to patients' homes to provide care and monitoringWhile at a patient's home, engage in assessments and provide treatment under the supervision of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for patients facing barriers to accessing the traditional healthcare systemThroughout the treatment process, maintain patient medical records and documentation consistent with state regulations, DocGo standards, and policy through our HealthPoint and Athena EMR systemYou will be practicing under direction with synchronous telemedicine supportResponsibilitiesAct as a conduit for the medical treatment of the Health Plan Partnerships patient populationNavigate conversations related to management of health, well-being, medication management, and goals of careProvide supervised, directed treatment of common medical diagnosesParticipate in continuing education as required by the state where you reside and the DocGo training teamAdhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metricsProvide care with cultural sensitivity and compassionLead your practice with a patient-centered approachOther related duties as deemed necessaryQualificationsCurrent unrestricted NJ State LPN licensePhlebotomy experienceMinimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Active and current American Heart Association BLSValid Driver's License in state of residency with 2+ years of driving experience, and an acceptable driving recordAbility to lift 50-60 lbsEmergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital – Critical Care, Family Practice or other relevant areas experience, preferredClinical work experience with pediatrics, preferredFluent bilingual English/Spanish, preferredEEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
