Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist

Overview This role supports SR-SON's online store by managing stock and operations related to SEQ&A 2 customer service. The selected candidate will work at one of the designated locations and provide exceptional service to both wholesale and retail customers, ensuring high satisfaction and meeting selling standards. Responsibilites Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional sales service. Assist customers in person or by phone to determine their needs and present appropriate product solutions. Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with policies and procedures. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Maintain precise work‑order files and formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up product displays. Clean store equipment and maintain a presentable store appearance. Load and unload delivery trucks, and assist with deliveries as required. Comply with inventory controls and suggest ways to improve sales. Minimum Requirements Minimum age of 18 years. Legal authorization to work in the country without requiring future visa sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint or paint‑related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Proficiency in multiple languages, preferably Spanish. Locations Store #705479 – 454 Whalley Avenue, New Haven, CT 06511.
