Be part of a team that makes a real difference. Job Description Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage cross-functional product operations initiatives and operational improvement efforts. Support quarterly and annual planning processes, including roadmap alignment, capacity planning, and dependency tracking. Monitor and report on key product delivery metrics, portfolio health indicators, and operational KPIs. Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting artifacts. Ensure data quality and adherence to established governance standards within Azure DevOps and related tools. Facilitate operational reviews and portfolio governance meetings. Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement Partner with Product, Engineering, and Agile leadership to improve operational effectiveness. Support tool administration, process documentation, and adoption of best practices. Project Management on moderate or complex agile delivery projects, including responsibility for coordinating schedules, planning, and risk management Drive follow-up and accountability for action items resulting from planning sessions, governance reviews, and leadership meetings. Remove impediments when possible, escalated when necessary Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Product Operations, PMO, or a related discipline Software Development Project Experience required College degree or project management certification required PMP certification preferred but not required Six Sigma certification is a plus Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product development lifecycles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis techniques. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $105,000 - $112,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
