Therole: AsaSeniorProjectManager,youwillleadtheplanninganddeliveryofcomplexenterprisetechnologyinitiatives,includingERP,BusinessIntelligence(BI),dataanalytics,AI,andsystemsintegrationprojects.YouwillpartnerwithProduct,Engineering,Data,andbusinessteamstodeliverprojectsontime,withinscope,andalignedwithbusinessobjectives. Responsibilities: Leadend-to-endERPimplementation,upgrade,andenterprisetechnologyprojects. ManageBusinessIntelligence(BI),dataanalytics,AI,andsystemsintegrationinitiativesfromplanningthroughdelivery. Developprojectplans,timelines,resourceplans,andsuccessmetrics. PartnerwithProduct,Engineering,Data,andbusinessstakeholderstodefinescope,priorities,anddeliverables. Coordinatecross-functionalteamstoensureprojectsaredeliveredontimeandwithinscope. Manageprojectrisks,issues,dependencies,budgets,andscopechanges. Leadprojectsinvolvingenterpriseintegrations,APIs,analyticssolutions,andAI-enabledtechnologies. Provideregularprojectupdates,executivereporting,andstakeholdercommunications. Driveprocessimprovementsthatenhancedelivery,efficiency,andcustomeroutcomes. RequiredQualifications: Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,InformationTechnology,ComputerScience,orarelatedfield. 7+yearsofprojectmanagementexperience,includingatleastfouryearsleadingERPorenterprisesoftwareimplementations. ExperiencemanagingtechnicalprojectsinvolvingBusinessIntelligence(BI),dataanalytics,enterpriseintegrations,APIs,orcloud-basedplatforms. StrongunderstandingofAgile,Waterfall,orhybridprojectmanagementmethodologies. Excellentleadership,communication,organizational,andproblem-solvingskills. AbilitytomanagemultiplecomplexprojectswhilepartneringeffectivelywithProduct,Engineering,Data,andexecutivestakeholders. PMPisaplus ExperienceleadingAI,machinelearning,BusinessIntelligence,orenterpriseanalyticsinitiatives. ExperiencedeliveringenterpriseintegrationprojectsinvolvingAPIs,middleware,ETL,orintegrationplatforms.
