Almex USA, a north Orange County engineering and industrial equipment manufacturing company, is looking for a Facility and Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Support warehouse operations including receiving shipments, quality control, picking and pulling parts, part processing and preparation, packaging, crating, and inventory control.
• Apply stencils and labeling to outgoing crates and shipments as needed.
• Operate a forklift to unload incoming cargo, load outbound shipments, and move materials within the facility.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, including lawn mowing, edging, and watering.
• General upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas.
• Window cleaning and walkway dusting.
• Parking lot and alleyway cleaning.
• Assist with additional warehouse and facility-related tasks as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Forklift operation experience required (certification a plus)
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (30 lbs. at a time)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for shipping and inventory tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Prior forklift driving experience is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $19/hr. to $21/hr. (based on experience)
