We are looking for a leader who understands that a successful housekeeping operation starts with engaged employees, clear expectations, consistent standards, and a willingness to work alongside the team when needed.What You'll DoLead and inspire the Housekeeping Department through visibility, coaching, and accountability.Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing housekeeping team.Create a culture where team members take pride in their work and understand the impact they have on the guest experience.Establish and maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.Build strong relationships with Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and hotel leadership.Manage labor, productivity, inventories, and departmental expenses responsibly.Develop future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.Drive guest satisfaction through quality inspections, training, and continuous improvement.What We're Looking ForA Culture BuilderYou understand that people drive results.
