POSITION INFORMATION

As a Member Service Representative , you will deliver exceptional member experiences by providing prompt, efficient and courteous member service and process accurate teller transactions. You will cross-sell credit union products and services in alignment with members' financial needs and the strategic goals of the credit union. Serve as frontline contact for most member dealings.

Required Schedule: Monday - Friday, as early as 7:45am and as late as 6:15pm; some Saturdays 9am-12pm

What You Will Do:

Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.

Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.

Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.

Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.

Education and Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D.

Minimum 1-2 years' experience with financial institution or in customer service environment required.

Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Work Schedule - Weekly Rotation

Must be available to work Monday thru Friday - as early as 7:45am and as late as 6:15pm; some Saturdays 9am-12pm
