Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, with call rotation
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $45 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Clean, wrap, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment following infection control standards
- Maintain inventory of sterile supplies for surgeries and department needs
- Inspect and assemble instrument trays to ensure completeness and functionality
- Operate sterilizers and document sterilization cycles accurately
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure timely availability of sterile supplies
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of sterile processing experience
- Certified as CSPDT or CRCST required
- Willingness to take rotating weekend and holiday call
Education
- High School graduate or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control practices
- Familiarity with medical terminology and surgical instruments
- Proficiency in operating sterilization equipment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
