What You'll Do

• Serve as the liaison between the technician and the customer.
• Resolve customer concerns and keep customer informed of vehicle status.
• Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.
• When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Represent ABC Hyundai's stellar reputation.
