Required Skills:

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with basic troubleshooting and maintenance
Familiarity with production or manufacturing software
Ability to read and interpret technical documents

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Some prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required

Other Requirements:

Ability to work standing for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible shifts if needed
