Total Project Manager With Salesforce Experience

Role Overview: The Total Project Manager will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives in an Agile environment. The role requires strong project management expertise, Salesforce platform knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the complete project lifecycle for Salesforce implementations, integrations, enhancements, and production support initiatives from initiation through deployment and post‑production stabilization. Manage Salesforce projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, Developers, Administrators, QA teams, and vendors to define scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, resource plans, communication plans, budgets, and executive status reports. Drive Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and custom CRM transformation projects. Manage requirements gathering, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and prioritization of Salesforce enhancements. Coordinate with Salesforce development teams on Apex, Lightning, Flows, integrations, APIs, automation, and configuration activities. Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce releases through effective release management, deployment planning, testing coordination, and change management. Oversee Agile delivery teams, remove impediments, manage dependencies, and ensure sprint commitments are achieved. Collaborate with business teams to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize Salesforce capabilities. Manage Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications including ERP, middleware, data platforms, and third‑party systems. Establish governance processes around Salesforce delivery standards, security, compliance, data quality, and platform adoption. #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
