Salesforce Experience wLimited Bookkeeping

Work directly with a U.S. company from home. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper who also has Salesforce Experience. This is a long‑term role with consistent work and clear processes. What You’ll Do Full‑cycle bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, reconciliations, month‑end close) Send invoices and follow up on collections Maintain vendor records and payment schedules Prepare reports for CPA and leadership Salesforce Responsibilities Lead & Contact Management: Creating, updating, and organizing lead/contact records; merging duplicates; maintaining clean data Pipeline Management: Moving deals through stages, updating opportunity records, logging activities (calls, emails, meetings) Reports & Dashboards: Pulling basic reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and activity tracking; reading dashboards to prioritize daily work Task & Follow‑Up Management: Setting reminders, follow‑up tasks, and using the calendar/activity feed to stay on top of prospects Email Integration: Logging emails to records (via Outlook/Gmail sync if connected), tracking opens/replies if enabled Basic Navigation: Comfortable moving between Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Reports tabs without hand‑hanging #J-18808-Ljbffr Daybook Group
