Accounts Receivable Specialist

Vaco Arizona has partnered with a growing organization in Phoenix that is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to its team. This opportunity offers a hybrid schedule and a pay range of $24.00-$26.00 per hour. In This Role, You Will: Process cash receipts and apply payments accurately to customer accounts Perform account and bank reconciliations while researching and resolving discrepancies Review banking activity and maintain accurate records and supporting documentation Assist with customer billing and invoice processing as needed Support relationship-based B2B collections and follow up on outstanding balances Partner with internal teams to investigate account issues and ensure accurate financial reporting Utilize Excel to analyze data, research transactions, and maintain account records What Makes You a Great Fit: 2+ years of accounts receivable experience with a strong background in reconciliations and cash applications Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and the ability to research and analyze data Experience working with banking transactions, account reconciliations, and payment processing Experience with ERP systems Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
