Accounting/Payroll Clerk
Auburn Hills Book Bindery and Manufacturer seeks Accounting/Payroll Clerk for a temporary 46-week assignment. This position requires Sage300/Accpac accounting expertise, enter accounting transactions for electronic payments, process weekly Paycom payroll, reconcile monies received from customers, other payroll duties as assigned. 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-3:30PM. Pay rate of $23.50. Must have proven experience in the accounting/payroll fields. Qualified candidates must submit a complete up-to-date resume to be considered.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sage 300/Accpac accounting experience and expertise.
- Enter accounting transactions for electronic payments.
- Process weekly Paycom payroll.
- Reconcile monies received from customers into company accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Sage 300/Accpac experience.
- Paycom payroll experience.
- Accounts receivable experience.
- HSD diploma required.
- Accounting degree preferred or equivalent experience.
