Bookkeeper

We are seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our accounting and administrative functions. This individual will be responsible for handling daily bookkeeping activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Maintain accurate financial and accounting records Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end accounting activities Support the use and implementation of accounting and ERP systems Retrieve and distribute mail between local facilities Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and supply ordering Assist with meeting coordination and employee events as needed Qualifications Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and account reconciliations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently Reliable transportation for occasional travel between local facilities Preferred Qualifications Experience working with ERP systems Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Additional Information Schedule: Part-Time, 24-28 hours per week with a flexible schedule Location: On-site, with occasional travel between local plant locations Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience, accounting background, and ERP experience in a manufacturing environment Requirements: Previous ERP experience in a manufacturing environment is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
