Freudenberg Group Job OpportunityWorking at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights supporting plant performance and decision-making.Prepare and post journal entries, run SAP reports, and support month-end and year-end close activities.Monitor and reconcile accounts including intercompany transactions, tooling P&L tracking, and other balance sheet reconciliations.Oversee petty cash and purchasing card activity to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.Support budgeting, forecasting, government reporting, and audit processes (including physical inventory and year-end audits).Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards (SAP, BI, PowerBI) for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Partner cross-functionally and across sites to provide financial analysis, while supporting continuous improvement and training of junior analysts/interns.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.2+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis; manufacturing environment preferred.Strong understanding of P&L, cost accounting, and financial analysis principles.Experience with SAP and financial reporting tools (e.g., Business Intelligence, PowerBI; Hyperion preferred for senior-level candidates).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, communicate financial insights, and influence decision-making.Career progression mindset with readiness to grow into a Controller or Junior Controller role within 6–24 months.Starting at $105,000.
