Tax Manager | West Palm Beach | Hybrid | $120,000 to $150,000 Fiscal Year 2026 Role: Lead all aspects of tax engagements for a diverse client portfolio, including business owners, high‑net‑worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, and nonprofit organizations. Responsibilities Manage tax engagements from start to finish, ensuring timely, accurate filings. Review complex returns and provide tax advice to clients. Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and feedback. Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio. Collaborate directly with Partners, influencing client strategies and firm direction. Qualifications 6+ years of Public Accounting experience, with a strong focus on tax. Proficiency with 1040, 1065, 1041, and ideally 990 returns. Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, or nonprofit organizations. CPA or EA preferred but not essential. Strong communication and client‑relationship skills. Desire for a long‑term career in a stable, collaborative environment. Benefits Hybrid working model.
