Your Role:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support quality resident outcomes

• Monitor resident conditions, including vital signs, and report changes appropriately

• Encourage restorative care to support resident independence and well-being

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided

• Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, resident-centered environment

• Ensure resident comfort, dignity, safety, and emotional well-being

• Follow facility standards, policies, and nursing best practices

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current Illinois LPN or RN license required

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable and professional with reliable attendance

• Motivated to grow professionally within long-term care and nursing leadership opportunities
